  Responsibilities at TEXMO: • Evaluate and improving the processes in manufacturing systems. • Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, costs and change overs. • Develop manufacturing documentation required for product manufacturing – work instructions, standard operating procedures and process check lists. • Improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards. • Work with design engineering on product excellence (for cost, manufacturability & assembly). • Prepare prototype/sample for new design. • Analyse operational problems affecting production and provide solutions. • Reduce reworks and rejections. • Validating & qualifying operators for special process – brazing & impregnation. • Creating plan & procedure for testing as per IEEE/IEC standards. • Research and purchase new manufacturing technology. • Maintain production aids & machine spares, measuring and testing equipment. • Enforcing the stringent safety practices and maintains good safety records. • Maintain ISO Documents. • Budget preparations for production aids and monitor expenses. • Audit the process as per work instruction and BOM consumption. • Train / assist in training other process with less experience and operators.
