I recently had the pleasure to have Siva Injarapu as the lead developer on the DOE FAIR/PMRN project team for three years. This project administered adaptive reading assessments to 750,000 students throughout the state of Florida. It is a complex system. Mr. Injarapu was a key member in successfully moving the application from Oracle RAC to a .net environment. No matter what the problem assigned to him was , Mr. Injarapu always came up with a solid solution in a short period of time. I hope to have the opportunity to work again with Mr. Injarapu. He is an outstanding talent.
