  1. FORMULATIONa) Stability test- After customer confirm the formulation, stability test shall start immediately. The sample usually monitor in 3 condition(UV, RT & LIGHT) at least for 3 months.- The purpose is to check whether the sample can maintain its initial specifications(appearance, odor) in different temperature/conditions.b) Challenge test- Preservative test conducted by preservative supplier - Require 2 monthsc) MSDS & COAd) NOT application- Apply NOT for the registered product at National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency(NPRA)e) Sample preparation i) Wipes ii) Liquid base samplef) Ingredient list- Provide product write up for customer perusal2. PACKAGING PROPOSALa) Packaging compatibility test- The test shall be start once the customer has confirmed the packaging- The purpose is to test the strength/compatibility of the packaging.
