  • Physical inspection with head of the health and licensing department and assistant officer to observe Kluang’s environment and evaluating the need of society. • Ensure that all customers details for licensing registration and cancellation are recorded and filed systematically according month. • Updating customer’s license status in specific website. • Joining Southern Volunteers, helping Kluang residents to register for vaccination. • Sorted 1500 recipients of incentive assistance of RM500 and make a call to all recipients. • Site visits with assistant health officers to check the cleanliness of shops and restaurants in the district of Kluang. • Assist and ensure the meeting of Ramadan bazaar briefing program runs smoothly.
