Focused in Maritime Law and General Litigation, I am trained and had delivered top end results with minimal supervision. I had strengthened my ability in wearing multiple hats and problem-solved in an efficient and impactful manner.Multiple instances where I must go above and beyond from my position as a Pupil and execute my work with the ability of a Legal Associate, through extensive research, comprehensive case analysis, meticulous legal drafting and client management.Notable achievements include being a key member in winning two cases and one appeal. There were multiple cases as well that were settled amicably out of court.Besides actively working with the Litigation Department, I am also assigned to the Corporate Department (Labuan Businesses) wherein I mainly acted as the communication channel between companies' shareholders and board of directors with the authorities and auditors. I assisted in advising on registration and governance of Labuan Companies as well as drafting resolutions and submitting compliance requirements required by Labuan Financial Services Authority.On top of my main responsibilities, I tried my best to participate in various activities conducted by the legal fraternities. I participated in webinars including the Civil Advocacy Training Course wherein I submitted in chambers and conducted witness examination before judges and senior lawyers.
