Liaising with paramedic, panel clinic, and lab on status of medical report. •Liaising with runner/courier vendor on collection of medical reports from panel clinic and /or paramedic. Time •Matching of medical reports for QC process To conduct Quality Check on medical report received from panel clinic and/or paramedic. • Ensure all medical reports were received from paramedics/labs/panel clinics within agreed TAT. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT • Satisfactorily handle of client's inquiries, emails, and complaints within same day or stipulated TAT. •Ensure that monthly targets and quality of work are achieved.
