Built an interactive tool to accommodate an existing survey and derive required information and statistics from the data collected. ✔️ Gathering requirements from internal and external stakeholders and producing highly interactive visualizations and dashboards. ✔️ Wireframing and brainstorming sessions with the internal stakeholders. ✔️ Using Rshiny within the golem framework we achieved the output. ✔️ We embedded the application by building a database using SQLite. ✔️ Additional data had to be generated, cleaned, explored, and mapped to give the appropriate output at each level. This included multiple levels of filters and various tabs in the dashboard. ✔️Presenting and reporting to the clients on a regular basis for approval on a fortnightly sprint (AGILE method) basis to ensure the wireframes were being adhered to. 🥇 Individually documented the entire process in a Statement of Procedure (SOP) to be used as a user guide in the future. Sri Venkateswara Company is a manufacturer of cold-forged components. It has multiple processes that help form the raw material or wire into the final product which is a rivet. During my time here, I was working with a team of LEAN managers who were trying to improve performance by streamlining wasteful costs and defects. ✔️In this role, I discovered the root cause of problems and derived appropriate solutions, brainstormed with team members to share innovative ideas for future projects. ✔️To add to the development of the business I used my background in Analytics and started building reports to understand and refine the various departments and their process through numbers. ✔️Modelled, visualized, studied, and analyzed the existing data and built report templates using MS Excel ✔️In some cases macros were built to automate and fasten the process of generating reports. ✔️Created Power BI Dashboards and reports to provide real-time updates to some of the processes. ✔️Collaborated with every team in the organisation to study each process thoroughly. ✔️I conducted workshops and training sessions for employees on how to maintain, update and analyse the reports that I had built. ✔️Focusing more on studying and analysing trends, and existing management reports to identify and reduce risks and improve the existing policy. 🥇 Through this process, we reduced costs to the company by 12%, and cut labor costs by 4%. As a member of the AIG Toastmasters club I was an active participant in the Toastmasters club. I have bagged two silver medals in the area level contests. (evaluation contest and table topics contest). Because of the laurels here I was recognized on the floor as an orator and got to emcee the global townhall that was happening out of my office. As Members of an oratory club, we would go to school in the rural area of Bengaluru and teach them English, give them tips on public speaking, help them gain confidence, help them with their doubts about the grammar and other nitty-gritties of the language that they were curious about. 🥇Toastmaster evaluation and table topics contest AIG (Corporate level contest. Positioned at the evaluation and extempore contests) Show less

During my time here I start the day mornings watching the business news, following up with the market to see how each day's news affected the trends. This was an important practice as it helped us advice the traders as to what was happening and if it was a good time to sell or buy something based on the information on the news. I learned how to use the tools and to track and buy and sell stocks on the BSE and NSE. I now have a better understanding of the share market and its various products. In this job, I got to interact with a wide range of people from different ages, backgrounds and skill levels. Training them in fitness and badminton specific skills was a joyful experience. It taught me more about the sport. It helped improve my communication skills, as I had to communicate to adults and kids, helped my think critically because I had to understand the different health issues of each trainee and adopt a workout specific to them.
