Taking care of the communication of Huis voor Gezondheid and BruZEL, the Primary Care Zone of Brussels. - Strategic communication - Editing/lay-outing annual reports, manuals, brochures, posters and other POS material - Writing and publishing several newsletters (MailChimp) - Keeping the website up to date - Taking care of social media - Creating campaigns, video's and podcasts - Responsible for press, writing articles - Teamleader admin - Ad hoc IT problem solver In 2020 the Primary Care Zones were officialy established in Flanders en Brussels. This marked a communication shift for Huis voor Gezondheid and the new Primary Care Zone of Brussels, BruZEL. To align these 2 lines of communication with different stakeholders, I wrote and implemented a clear communication strategy. In addition I also helped writing the communication strategy for the newly established Vivel. Vivel is a netwerk organisation supporting broad-based primary care in the healthcare and welfare sectors. During the pandemic the communication focused on crisis communication, including up-to-date overviews on healthcare for professionals and citizens in Brussels. In recent years, communications grew into a well-run service. I coach 2 staff from each sub-team. In addition, all employees were given the skills to work out their communication according to their needs. For this purpose, I developed training courses and manuals, etc. To promote health professions and work on our own brand awareness, we turn to storytelling, e.g. through a recognisable corporate identity, podcasts and videos.
