I worked in Sita's team for over 2 years, she has been a brilliant Team leader with good communication, organisational and negotiating skills. She has always been fair and respectful when dealing with her staff. Sita is also a highly technical DBA and with good skills in AIX administration and SAN support. Sita also has excellent Project Management skills especially in the Data Centre migration project where she created a detailed technical plan and made sure that the DBA team were well informed and on target. I would highly recommend Sita, she would be a great asset to any organisation.

Sita managed the Database and Unix team at Chubb, where I reported to her as a DBA. I really enjoyed working with Sita, she always had her finger on the pulse and was able to provide astute guidance at appropriate times to ensure the project I was working on was meticulously executed. Not only is Sita a great manager, she has maintained her excellent and extensive technical skills. On the occasions where we experienced severe system issues, it was a pleasure having Sita in a hands-on role, working with the team to have the issues resolved and whilst still dealing with her management responsibilities.
