  I've been a part of the EE team since its early launch. As the team developed I took the responsible of procuring all necessities for e-pharmacy. From key international and local suppliers. Daily cosmetics to necessary prescription medication. Latter being procured with highly knowledgeable pharmacists. As a part of the Operations team, I assist the warehouse manager daily in achieving all relevant KPI'-s for our department. I act as their replacement when necessary and can identify and manage everyday process issues. I take an active part in project developments, strategic stock planning and resource management. As Purchasing Specialist I need to cooperate and communicate well with all departments. Mainly work together with Commerce department. Monitoring results and procuring necessary stock. I am in direct and constant communication with all of our suppliers to ensure stock availability, quality and timely delivery. Responsible for reporting all feedback to rest of the teams. To perform my daily tasks I use several commonly used software. I work with Microsoft NAV, our Warehouse Management System Vision and MS Excel. Show less
