  Though the role was challenging and fast paced, it taught me that I can handle these pressures professionally - this was reflected in my award of Star of the Month within my first few months of working here. The success of the department operations also gained us fantastic KPI results with an overall customer satisfaction of 98.98%. I was responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Accommodation department including motivating and organising a team of approximately 20 staff members and liaising with other department contacts, ensuring consistent delivery of excellent customer service and implementing guest recovery where required.
