The Wessex Reserve Forces & Cadets Association is an independent, non-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting and promoting the 3000 tri-service Reservists and 14,000 Cadets across the South West of England. As Head of Communications for Wessex Reserve Forces and Cadets Association, I provide communications support to Reserve and Cadet units from all services across the South West, in order raise awareness amongst the local community and other stakeholders. I also coordinate the marketing and communications activities on behalf of Wessex RFCA, to ensure that the organisation is able to serve the Cadet and Reserve units within the region effectively.
