      During my Work Integrated Learning at the Bantry Bay Suite Hotel, I worked at reception which was an amazing experience and journey throughout my WIL. I learned quite a lot and completed different duties that are befitting for a well trained receptionist all thanks to Wendy Johannes Booysen the front office manager and team members that made sure that each day was a "learning something new" day.
