      The Human Resources (HR) Department for the NVMHI provides administration and support to nearly 400 employees. HR manages the employment life cycle through various HR disciplines and works as a strategic partner with each department to enhance organizational effectiveness. Conduct comprehensive salary studies, which include working with internal consultants and the Central Office HR Department to develop position descriptions and salary plan for entire organization. Research, propose and coordinate compensation and salary administration on an ongoing basis after the completion of the each study. As a vital member of the Human Resources team, assist in creating and implementing departmental plans, including identification of departmental/ divisional needs and establishing plans of action. Develop best practices and standard operating procedures to be incorporated into departmental policies, procedures manuals, and presentations for staff. Lead for resolving employee disputes, encourage use of sound judgment and development of people.
