Atul worked me for about 2 years at Fullerton Securities. He headed two functions within my team – Head of Sales Performance Management and Head of Insurance Products. Both the roles required him to be analytical and to be able to make sense of a complex macro environment (post Lehman crash of 2008) to help the management give right direction to the business.
