  • Project In-charge reporting to the Sr.V.P. project.• Responsible for the management coordination and the approved project program to control the work activities.• Responsible for the execution of four group housing projects, having Project cost approx. 400 Crores.• Responsible for the coordination with head office & internal departments i.e. Planning, Architecture, Contract, Billing, Audit, Land, Marketing, Infra, Quality, Site stores etc.• Responsible for the construction & development of a sector according to the approved project plan/Approved Structure/Architectural drawings, specifications etc. as per good engineering practices.• Responsible for MIS reports - weekly, monthly, Quarterly & Annually.• Review and evaluate the contractor’s claims and interim payments in accordance with the contract and monitor the project cost against the budget.• Review the project status and observe any deviations in the main project objectives and take the necessary action to correct and keep the project on track.• Responsible for handing over the completed units to Customers.• Responsible for resource utilization of material, manpower & equipment.• Responsible for QS & BOQs.• Responsible for leading the team of professionals for all the sites under my purview till completion.• Act upon as and when necessary and as by reporting line.
