It has been an absolute pleasure working with Sinead for the past 3 years during her time at Beams International. Sinead and I have worked on multiple projects bringing Diageo gifting to the marketplace in new and exciting formats. She brings a great sense of creativity, motivation and attention to detail to any project, along with great communication skills and relationship building - a key asset when working directly with internal stakeholders and decision makers. Sinead is an asset to any company and I would be very grateful to have the opportunity to work together in the future.

I have had the privilege of working with Sinead over the past number of years during Sinead's time working with Beams International Limited. Sinead is a warm, amiable and expert within the Gifting Category and who has a terrific way with people. A very important asset in this industry where relationships both with my internal stakeholders, external manufacturers and retail buyers play an integral part in achieving our business objectives within the branded gifting category. Sinead possesses great situational analysis and is quick to assess and summarise a specific business challenge or opportunity. She also have a great design ability and an eye for detail, which is again crucial is delivering a world class range of branded gifting for our global priority brands such as GUINNESS, Baileys, Smirnoff etc. We have seen strong growth of our branded gifting programs over the past number of years. Not just commercial gain but market share gain also and this is testament to Sinead's ability to create innovative product solutions for our brands and ultimately for our consumers. I therefore have no hesitation in recommending Sinead.

At Beams International I would manage all product development under several licensed brand partnerships. I would liaise with brands on a day to day basis to create brand approved gifts for retail. I would oversee and manage every stage of a gifts development from concept and creative right through to final product in store. This included involvement with design, sourcing, sampling and product costing. I found myself broadening my skills in product development outside of the textile industry, covering many other print materials, and value added items whilst nurturing strong relationships with exciting big name brands and becoming an extra arm of their product offering.

Tahlulah Ray launched in 2014, after I made the decision to prove myself as a designer in my specialist field. I designed the range following extensive market research and business planning. The range catered to the young at heart, colourful, free and fun. I worked with freelance pattern cutters and UK based manufacturers and printers, attending numerous fittings to perfect my range within my own critical path limitations.I arranged and directed both a professional photoshoot abroad and a launch party, inviting friends, family and relevant press/media to view the collection and celebrate the release. Tahlulah Ray went on to feature in Cosmopolitan magazine. This was a project close to my heart that I managed in my spare hours from beginning to end. After the initial set up and launch of my range this included everything from website management, social media management, PR and marketing, accounting, order processing and logistics management.

I was an account manager for the baby wear supplier who supplied many of the high street retailers. I was the account manager and main point of contact for a major retailer, working on own brand garments and branded ranges from licensing projects. I would manage the full lifecycle of a garments development from design to store. My duties included meeting with buyers and presenting new season concepts, market and competitor research, briefing designers, liaising with factories overseas, costing and quotations, managing critical paths and each stage of a products development, arranging fabrics, samples and packaging, monitoring stock levels and planning deliveries.

This was a brilliant and fulfilling internship with a designer label that continue to inspire me. I worked closely with the designers on bridal, couture and swim ranges for the following year, sitting in at fittings and photo shoots. I would run errands around London, collecting samples and finding inspiration for the team. I also helped to bead last minute samples for shoots and would hand draw technical design drawings for packs to be sent to pattern makers.
