  B&M is a fast-paced working environment where I have gained a variety of skills. Within this role, I have worked on tills providing an efficient yet thorough service supplying customers with satisfactory customer service. I worked in a variety of departments throughout the store helping with customer enquiries and replenishing stock. Other tasks included moving stock to make room for new seasonal products, ensuring products are priced correctly and supporting other members of staff in their roles. After 6 months of employment at B&M, I was given the opportunity to assist the supervisors in performing returns, exchanges, price reductions, providing change top-ups, voids and any other issues on the shop floor. Cash office duties also became part of my role, this gained me valuable experience in team play, solving problems, time management, adaptability and the ability to work under pressure.
