  Duties Include: Attendance at Network Rail possession meetings, both internal and external. PPS entries / checks for possession and isolation planning / check other parties access regime Liaison with the Network Rail route access team ensuring possessions / worksites / isolations are as required for the project works. Arranging level A personnel to allow the by-passing, protection setting changes and HV isolation of the newly installed feeder stations. Detailed planning liaison with the construction team to ensure planned works fit booked access. Apply for and liaison with other parties to facilitate access where potential conflicts exist. Instigate and chair pre-possession meetings with construction engineers to ensure no programme changes prior to NR access meetings. Instigate, chair and distribute minutes of post possession meetings to ensure the construction engineers are aware of any changes to access / isolation / other parties works that may effect their works. I have recently taken on various Project Management responsibilities associated with the close out of the KO1 works. Tasks included the rationalization of Earth Attachment Points at Feeder Stations, Installation of switch platforms at Borehamwood, completion of the ATF trough route works, upgrading of the Return Conductors between St Pancras low level Station and Kentish Town. In addition to these I am programming and managing the campaign changes varied into the contract. Primary functions are: Long term booking of possession access for the ATF programme in line with NDS time scales and production of spreadsheet to capture possession and worksite details. Represent the interests of BBRP OLE Core Route works at T-14 to T-10 meetings. Negotiate and resolve access clashes with third parties. Manage booking of protection staff for and on behalf of AC team. SSOW Planner. Planning and booking of isolation requirements in line with BBRP access needs / within NDS time scales. Show less
