Sinead and I first met at Specsavers Partners meeting. We were both invited to speak about our In Store Training Roles. We were there to recommend the benefits of in house training and team development. Over the years we worked together on training strategies to gain the best outcomes for our stores. Sinead is a very gifted and experienced trainer with a easy going manner which helps enormously for a positive learning environment.
