The role also entails an end-to-end recruitment process whereby I am responsible for the creation of job advertisements, posting those advertisements on various jobs sites, promoting positions through social media and online CV-searching. Once potential candidates have been identified, I make arrangements for applicants to submit relevant documentation for compliance purposes and I carry out thorough telephone and face-to-face interviews to firmly establish their suitability for available roles. My lengthy background in account management has allowed me to forge strong relationships with senior leaders and business managers across a large number of schools throughout the region, thereby developing my communication and personal skills to a high level. My current role enables me to liaise with client schools over the telephone on a daily basis, and also to carry out regular school visits and lesson observations to further enhance relationships with prospective, new and existing clients.
