Initially he worked with me at Philips where he designed ISDN digital line circuits, and also helped elevate our design processes to achieve true 'right first time' designs. On the basis of his great work in Philips, I later hired him to become a manager of a design team at Ingenico Fortronic, where once again he help bring about radical improvements in the company's development processes. After I left Ingenico, it was no surprise to me to hear that he had been promoted to Development Director at 'Fortronic'
