I would highly recommend Maria’s program to help with getting comfortable with public speaking. Not only is a relevant for structured corporate presentations but the exercises, group and 1x1 coaching and program material helped with showing up confidently in general. I particularly valued the candor and honest feedback (Maria and others) which is crucial to getting better in my view. The impact that it has had is that I have greater ease in delivering presentations, colleagues have noticed and it’s allowed me to stand out as I move up in my organization.

Maria is a wonderful coach who is just passionate to help introverts overcome our fear of speaking. Course material is easy to understand, and the tasks have the right amount of challenge to help us improve and see our own weaknesses. After the course my employer sees obvious change in my confidence in speaking, and soon I’ve got the promotion I want. 100% recommend.
