Als CEO & Co-Founder von FINDIQ bin ich die Aufgabe angetreten, die Produktionen und Ihre Maschinen dieser Welt am Laufen zu halten. Die größte Bedeutung schreibe ich mit meinem Team der Wertschätzung der Menschen zu, die diese Maschinen führen, sie Übersee reparieren und nachts zum Troubleshooting ausrücken, um Stillstände zu vermeiden. Das jahrelange Expertenwissen dieser Menschen, ihren Erfahrungsschatz endlich digital nutzbar zu machen, ist Vision von FINDIQ. Mein Beitrag hierbei ist die Verantwortung unserer maximalen Ausrichtung am Kunden. Aus meiner bisherigen Beratungstätigkeit weiß ich, Digitalisierungsinitiativen im Maschinenbau und -service erfolgreich umzusetzen. Unsere Kunden von unserem pragmatischen und tatsächlich schnell und ergebnisträchtigen Softwareprodukt zu überzeugen ist meine Leidenschaft und fällt mir leicht. Mich erfüllt, wenn ich Partnerschaften initiieren kann, in denen sowohl die Maschinenführer und Servicetechniker auf Kundenseite als auch unsere FINDIQ-Mitarbeiter gern und langfristig miteinander arbeiten. Dazu treibt es mich im Alltag raus in die Netzwerk- und Verbandsarbeit sowie den Besuch spannender Maschinenbau- und Industrieunternehmen. Im gelegentlichen Rückzug überprüfe ich immer wieder unser Tun auf unsere strategische Ausrichtung, den Maschinenservice auf Expertenniveau zu heben. --- FINDIQ bietet den ersten Ansatz, das scheidende Wissen der Maschinenbauindustrie intelligent zu verwerten. Dazu integriert eine neuartige KI erstmalig Wissensmanagement und Assistenzsystem in einer Servicesoftware. Nur 20 Stunden dauert es, das Wissen zu einer Maschine zu digitalisieren, nur 6 Klicks dieses Wissen zur richtigen Servicelösung abzurufen. Die Schnelligkeit und das Selbstlernen in der Anwendung freut neben großen Industriebetrieben insbesondere auch mittelständische Maschinenbauer. Show less
