As a Wireline Field Engineer, I was responsible for supervision of the assigned team to an operation, in terms of task assignment, safety, coordination and appraisal. Moreover, quality of the services and preparation of the field ticket were some of the responsibilities, expected from a supervisor. Besides, a supervisor was expected to calibrate the tools, perform operational preparations, brief the operation before any job in a short period of time. In addition, delivering the data and reports to the client as fast as possible, preparing the extra requested report, debriefing with FSM (Field Service Manager), and performing the post-job (which is done by the assigned crew under supervision) were some of the other tasks that a field service supervisor must be able to handle in the best way. Delivered different range of open hole and cased hole services for Offshore clients, DANA, Petropars, NIDC, IOEC, PGFK and etc. Got appreciation letter from IOEC for excellence in service delivery and performance.
