Day two - Consisted primarily of workshops on topics such as flexibility and agility, as well as diversity, inclusiveness, and intersectionality. Reaching the summit and participating in the covid workshop were both enjoyable experiences for me. The overcoming difficulties workshop was part of the reaching the summit workshop. The impact of the pandemic on women in the professional industry was the topic of the covid workshop.Day three - Day of networking.
