Three day programmeDay one - Beginning the three day event with a welcome session followed by an expert panel discussion on the global situation of women in legal professions, The Women In Law Toolkit session delivered by, international programmes manager of the Law Society of England and Wales, and partner at Bates Wells, the authors of "The Women in Law Toolkit." Day two - Consisted primarily of workshops on topics such as flexibility and agility, as well as diversity, inclusiveness, and intersectionality. Reaching the summit and participating in the covid workshop were both enjoyable experiences for me. The overcoming difficulties workshop was part of the reaching the summit workshop. The impact of the pandemic on women in the professional industry was the topic of the covid workshop.Day three - Day of networking.
