 Record all results on the computer and designated files. Ensure that all non-routine samples are tested on time for deliveries to customers. Preparation of COA’s. Maintain all lab equipment’s functional at all times Ensure proper disposal of lab waste. Coordinate calibration of all test equipment. Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation. Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective action.  Perform verification on incoming, in-process and outgoing products. Perform lab inventory on weekly basis. Ensures that everything from in-process materials to finished products meets quality and safety standards specified in the purchasing documentation.
