  My role at Floktu was a smooth continuation of my prior role at MIK, where some of the frameworks I designed and built formed part of the initial technology stack for this technology startup.In my role as CTO I formed a solid development team and led our product efforts as we signed up several large Australian companies as customers, and built an innovative web and mobile product around event management and marketing.   This was a defining role in my career, it gave me the opportunity to work on a proprietary web and mobile framework which greatly accelerated my learning.I did a lot of work here for clients in the TV and music industries, which included releasing a slew of iOS apps as soon as the iOS developer program was opened. Many of the apps created here went on to be featured on the app store and generated a lot of buzz around the brands they were promoting.
