General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer
-
Jul 2021 - Jun 2022
Before closing the company, Staymobile employed approximately 300 employees and contractors working across six facilities located in five different states. Collectively, my roles as General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer required me to direct and oversee all day-to-day operations of Staymobile’s legal, compliance, and real estate departments, and additionally I helped to define long-term goals for, and assist with operation of the human resources and marketing departments. As CAO, I operated as a business executive, overseeing commercial real estate matters, policy making, compliance, governance & integrity, and diversity & inclusion, and assisted with all broader marketing and human resources concerns as they arose. As General Counsel, I was responsible for all legal affairs of the company, including legal operations, management of outside legal services, and the provision of strategic guidance, consultation, and support to the company executive leadership team on a comprehensive range of legal issues involved in carrying out the mission of the company.
