Michael Gill

Simon is a highly skilled developer with an excellent grasp of software design. His work was always not only technically excellent, but was also extremely elegant. His demos were always an opportunity to be wowed with his beautiful and well thought-out user interfaces. It is the hallmark of a great designer that he makes the complex seem both easy and fun. I recommend him whole-heartedly as one of the best developers that I have had the pleasure of working with.

I have developed and specified optimization algorithms. I specialise in on-site problem solving; Rapid R&D of dynamic cutting edge network design problems. I am currently developing and using smartphone geodata solutions to maximise cell spectral efficiency of LTE systems with MIMO. I have developed and specified optimization algorithms.
