Have grown the business to a turnover of £1.5m and a ranking in the design week and marketing top 100 UK design consultancies. We have the added security of owning our 2200 sq ft premises in London Bridge, close to thriving borough market. Working with owners, board directors and senior management on brand creation, evolution and guardianship, from small funded start-ups to FTSE 100 businesses. As a company, we bring brands to life across print, digital and workspace environments. We create engaging solutions with an emphasis on ensuring brand consistency across all brand touchpoints. With an ideas based approach, we engage, differentiate and convey the vision and purpose of our clients to their audience. We help to build reputations by delivering communications that enhance recognition, recollection, retention and give a tangible return on investment. We continue to research and develop all aspects of our business, using appropriate mediums of communication, from print, websites, video, apps and AI to wayfinding and workplace installations. With strong growth in the corporate side of the business, mainly B2B marketing, the company diversified into music and entertainment. Although exciting times, the direction of the business was being split. Jonathan went on to pursue his musical and management interests and established Roar Global. I combined my new management and new business skills, gained from Jonathan, with my core brand and communications skills and went on to found to the point limited. Show less

Worked on print and exhibitions including the Motorshow for Mercedes to market leading reports for BP - the statistical review of world energy. Progressed from designer to associate director but the company growth, and investment in new technologies, was restricted so I left to join FAB as creative director and drive growth and investment.
