With a firm grasp on both marketing and technology best practices, Simon has executed evolutionary programs across many organizations. Simon is great at taking a step back and looking at a problem from every single imaginable angle possible. I consider him a true industry expert. I’m fortunate I had the opportunity to learn from Simon and I welcome the opportunity to work with him again.

My partner and I founded Marmalade as a Customer Experience and Innovation agency. We built a brand, a talented team and experienced amazing growth with work for brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Abbott Labs, Graybar and Commerce Bank. Our work ranged from customer-centric culture change management to service design to product innovation and process re-engineering. In 2020, we merged Marmalade with Melon Technologies, creating an at-scale ecommerce design & systems integration for national and global brands.

I had the honor of partnering with my friend and owner of Panorama on true innovation work that was large in scale and truly inspiring. We developed a new business model for Boston Scientific's Peripheral Intervention group that provided them with new way to engage with outpatient clinics. We conducted research and analysis to guide Morningstar as they shifted from a leading data provider to a data service company. I was asked to join Manifest to help evolve the team and help leadership prepare for a merger. I integrated the Creative, Content and User Experience teams and brought a Service Design offering to the agency which helped us to win the largest initiative in the agency’s history. I was fortunate to work with great brands such as BMW, Allstate/Esurance, Purina, Wells Fargo and CDW. Work highlights included helping BMW develop a rapid IoT mobile protoyping capability in Chicago for the first time and developing a strategy to evolve Purina's Innovation Center.

I worked with Panorama on two incredible initiatives. We worked with Cigna to conduct patient research and developed a new model for understanding patient attitudes, motivations, recovery barriers and service interventions. We worked with Greenlee (A Textron Company) to design a mobile application that worked with IoT sensors. This allowed telecommunications engineers to install WiFi that addressed signal/noise issues and delivered bandwidth that supported customers needs. I combined my experience in Creative and Experience to play a hybrid role leading large scale teams for global brands such as Aon, AT&T, Bosch, Cardinal Health, Chrysler, Dell, Discover Card, Facebook, Kellogg, Kraft, Microsoft, Nestle, Post, Purina and Samsung. I was lucky enough to be associated with over 30 industry awards for work such as developing the first successful insurance underwriting application for Aon and helping AT&T prototype their fist interactive TV launch (now known as U-verse.) I also helped Razorfish with the branding and positioning for new business capabilities like Fluent (an Adobe service partner), Razorfish Commerce and xLabs (Strategic Innovation Partnerships).
