  My role and responsibilities begun with spinning up the Faisandier Group brand, managing, strategy, design and tone as we discovered our unique place within the industry. More recently my role within the Group has diversified. I now help lead the whole team as part of the senior management, spending an increasing amount of time as a development manager, and interfacing with our legal team regularly on various legal matters.

  As Creative Director at ARISE Church I led a team of 20+ staff in developing the organisations brand and core messaging across all mediums and platforms. Developing unique, immersive in-person experiences on a weekly basis ranging from small intimate spaces to the latest indoor arenas in the country. Drawing on expertise and skills built up over a decade plus of learning fast and honing creative skills. From graphic design, film making, writing, through to audio engineering, set/lighting design, 3D modelling and performance design there was almost not creative pursuit I have not put my hand to.
