Part of my work is to install and teach our CAD software, Caligola4® to our customers. Sometime I have to assist for problems and many time I do it by email, by phone and remote control. I'm also the beta tester for new upgrade and new software, like our Caligola Style. At present I'm working on the manual and following the Instagram page of our product, Caligola4: caligola_cad adding new videos I make. We have customers all around the world. I've already been in U.S.A., Japan, Canada, Israel, Spain, Turkey, Morocco and others to do some training and in Brazil, India and China to teach to our technicians how to use our software.

My principal work was to plan all aspects of the production schedules of our new models. I used my personal knowledge of computer programs to improve the data sheets for the old models as well as plan the new ones. When we worked on new samples for the fairs I've helped with designing and developing new models. Since I was the one that translated our models, developed by our CAD (Teseo), for the new cutter machine (Comelz) I sometimes got involved with working with the cutter as well as other who are involved with the various phases of production.I worked in the factory, at that time bigger, where I started my first job. I started where I left off but with improved knowledge. I’ve worked on improving the life of a shoe and have spent some time helping in the storeroom.

I managed a gas station/car wash/repair shop, with my sister and my parents for about four years. It was a very intense experience, trying to increase the quantity of sales without sacrificing quality. Being an owner makes you understand how important it is to organize the work that needs to be done so it can be completed properly and on time. My first real experience in the shoe industry. I was involved many of the facets of production from roughing the shoe down to attaching the heels and soles.
