Group Financial Controlling is part of SOAG Headquarter Finance teamKey responsibilities/tasksCORPORATE REPORTING AND CONSOLIDATION• Ensure that all internal reporting data, annual Budgeting and periodical Forecasting is delivered on a timely and qualitative manner.• Provide in-depth analysis of data and variances, supporting the CFO / Board members in the comprehension and proactive reading of the economic phenomena of the Group, also identifying recommended actions.• Leading the quarterly, half-yearly and yearly reporting closing and group consolidation process – IFRS GAAPFINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS• Leading the annual budget process across the group• Developing group's business plan• Providing both financial and economic analysis of current results and insights on impacts to future performance.SUBSIDIARIES COORDINATION AND BUSINESS CONTROL• Constantly liaise with SOAG subsidiaries in the coordination of planning processes and closures, in order to guarantee the deadlines defined.• Monitoring and analysis of financial statements of subsidiaries.• On a monthly basis, guide and support the Project Controlling Office with economic, financial and asset analysis related to the business unit Tools.• Develop an in-depth knowledge of subsidiaries issues and develop strong relationships.• Ad hoc support of business to further develop and improve processes both on operational and strategic level.IMPLEMENTATION OF FINANCIAL PROCESSES AND TOOLS• Partnering with IT department to get the best efficiencies for financial statement (consolidated and single legal entities) completion, optimizing the financial process – SAP S/4HANA• Partnering with Business Intelligence teams to get better and reliable reporting, user friendly and consistent with all the analysis provided by other departments – SAP Analytics Cloud Show less
