  Training and Curriculum Development: Taught more than 30 Core Consultant Courses – a 3 week “boot camp” for Siebel Systems web based Enterprise Customer Relationship Management geared to developers/implementers; Participated in “Train-the-Trainer” sessions to bring internal/contract trainers onboard for the Core Consultant Program; Also taught Business Process Analyst Essentials, Business Analyst Case Study, Oracle Server Administrator class to build reporting repositories and use Business Intelligence services to create reports and dashboards; Taught 15 courses from the Genesys (Computer Telephony Integration) curriculum including installation, workflow process and routing strategies, outbound, real time and historical reporting, and workforce management; Taught Excel add-in for Hyperion Essbase/Planning (Enterprise budget planning) as well as other reporting tools: Production Reporting for ODBC, Dashboard Reporting, Financial and Interactive Reporting, web based ad hoc online reporting tool; Wrote 5 day Siebel – Genesys integration class and migrated it to updated product version – class content was an even split between power point presentations and hands-on labs.
