  As a Buyer I am responsible for the processing of Purchasing Requisitions received from PDVSA affiliates. It is my task to obtain purchase options at best possible price and delivery (in accordance with the technical specifications from the End User), through a Bidding Process. I am responsible for the purchase of equipment, spare parts, electrical and instrumentation, chemicals and services at the most economic prices and best deliveries.
