CSR Officer Launching an irreversible movement of sustainability and social responsibilty. The goal of our team (BDO Impact Centre) is to inspire, give direction and support sustainable activities throughout the entire company. Working on two different area's: Social Launching social responsible, company-wide projects that every employee can sign up for. These projects are organized in collaboration with a social partner. BDO employees can register for a project and receive hours from the organization to contribute to society. The first project implemented is a mentor program in cooperation with UAF. The aim of the collaboration between BDO and UAF is to advise and support refugees on their way to a sustainable place in society. Employees of BDO act as a mentor for several months and contribute by giving guidance and advise to refugees. Environmental The Impact Center has the ambition to work with BDO employees to reduce the impact that business operations have on the world. BDO wants to operate fully circular in the future.
