Simone is one of these people who you know will get the job done on time and to the best of her abilities. She is a very hard worker with great attention to detail and will go the extra mile to make sure her work is up to standard. She is smart, dedicated and never shy away from extra responsibilities or stepping up to help her colleagues. She was pivotal in the rebranding and relaunching of the Vital Health portfolio making sure all packaging complied to the South African legislation and making sure that we stuck to our timelines. She also worked on the relaunch of some of the foods portfolio as well. She is quick learner and with the right mentoring and coaching will definitely develop in a good manager and leader. She also cares about the wellbeing of her immediate colleagues as well as the rest of her extended cross functional team. She builds genuine relationships across the organisation which results in team members going over and above their duties to deliver projects. I have no reservation in recommending Simone to any organisation where she will be a great asset to the team.

I've known and worked with Simone for a year and fond that she is a hard working and dedicated worker and a fast leaner. She can work autonomously and is always open to learn new skills. She interacts well with people and have good people skills.
