Simone wore many hats during the time I spent at Flight Centre, including System Analyst, Business Analyst, Release Manager, Subject Matter Expert, Test Analyst and Automation Tester. Simone's wealth of knowledge was a huge asset to the team whilst carrying out the System Analyst role, helping to steer the development and test efforts by creating detailed stories in JIRA and running well organised workshops. Simone's passion for the role helped lift the quality across the entire team. When Simone secured a position on the Automation team, the entire team benefited. With almost no background knowledge in coding, Simone was able to pickup an overly complicated regression suite written in Selenium Java and not only maintain it, but improve it. Simone also maintained multiple api regression suites that were written with RESTAssured and Java. The knowledge that Simone brought into the team allowed us all to improve our system knowledge and help us understand and query the log outputs across multiple front end and back end systems. Simone's passion and drive would be an asset to any team and I would love to have the chance to work with Simone again in the future.

Simone, a great BA / QA automation analyst, worked with Flight Centre in many roles. Her transition from BA to QA automation role was extremely smooth. Being a quick learner she picked up the automation framework and started contributing in a short span of time. She is a very supportive team player with extensive knowledge of the Air domain. She is always keen to improve the processes to achieve the best quality product.
