  My role is one that’s grown with the company, through several years of working with the group of boutique software consultants and product builders, helping guide the team through acquisitions and spin-outs into it’s current form today. Totally at home with a spreadsheet and conversant in accounting, I’m skilled at modelling out the financial implications of business directions, always bringing a practical viewpoint to support my teammates' creative ideas. I handle the forecasting and revenue reporting for my department, and I care deeply about communicating performance metrics in a way that’s consumable and useful to people at every level of the organisation. I believe that being part of an organisation (or team) should be easy; so my goal is to ensure the operational and foundational things are under control, giving my team space to focus on what they do best (strategy, experiments, writing code!). I have a way with business processes, taking care to find an efficient path from A to B, each step with purpose and no loose ends. Overall, my role helps support our team, providing a steady and uncomplicated foundation, linking directly with the organisation’s finance and people teams, to keep the day to day business running smoothly.
