  During these last 6 years I helped and assisted my parents in the management of their family business: the sport-fishing specialized store Casa del Pescatore - point of reference for all Verona’s fishermen over the last 30 years. During the Christmas holidays my parent’s family business shifts to a Firework specialized store and during such period my assistance is greater. My duties range from simple sale assistance to inventory management and store’s website supervision. Thanks to this activity I learnt to interact with the costumer, fulfilling his request and solving any doubts, thus improving my communication skills. I also learnt to work under pressure. Show less
