SIB is an internationally recognised intellectual property firm specializing in the protection and enforcement of patents, trademarks, designs and copyrights, encompassing both technical and legal areas of intellectual property. In particular, I explored and worked on the regulatory and technical ocean of intellectual property, focusing on the protection and prosecution of trademarks, domain names, and geographical indications, in Italy, in the EU, and worldwide. In addition to 'theoretical' skills, I have developed a particular sensitivity in dealing with different types of clients (from large companies to private individuals) and the ability to adapt proposals and strategies accordingly, always with the same professionalism and attention to detail. This work required a remarkable predisposition to reasoning, critical thinking, interpretation, and clarity; characteristics already acquired but which I am further improving. In addition, I recently wrote a four-handed article on the protection of domain names containing references or geographical indications, published in the magazine of the Order of Industrial Property Attorneys.
