At 5g i started as a helpdesk advisor, helping customers with any queries and passing then through to the relevent department. We helped billing issues and faults with there telephone lines. I then moved on to customer service where i became a senior member of the team. I dealt with all issues with customers from contract issues, billing issues, reducing customers bills to reporting fault issues and invoicing.
