  - Operational leadership & management of the Learning Support teams working within SEND - Manage the successful transition of learners in and out of discreet SEND division - Liaise, assist and support lecturers and tutors to provide the most effective and efficient support and adjustments for learners with additional needs, within an agreed allocation. - Work closely with the curriculum teaching team to facilitate transition arrangements for learners joining and leaving the Learning for Living and Work curriculum area. - Attend external learner review meetings, representing the College and providing information that leads to informed learner transition choice.
