Main results: » On a scale of 1 - 5 clients gave us an average mark of 4.66; » We delivered training to over 3,500 employees over the last 3 years in companies from different fields of activity; » We have developed managerial skills of over 700 managers; » We own an active portfolio of more than 100 clients, national and multinational companies with more than 200 employees » We have successfully implemented 8 strategic projects, of at least 10mil€, with non-reimbursable financing » We are the organizer of the annual Work-Life Balance Award - "Gala of Companies which are involved in the Balanced Life of Employees" where we reward companies that engage in increasing their employees performance through work-life balance. » We are the first contributor in Romania in designing and delivering wellbeing workshops for employees since 2010.
