Simka has my support for any upcoming employment opportunities. She would be a fantastic fit for a variety positions requiring a responsible, dedicated, and hardworking individual given her skills and attributes. Finding a real talent that stands out like Simka is extremely rare and therefore I feel very lucky to have her in team for one year. We collaborated on a number of large projects in AIESEC and I was impressed by Simka's capacity to manage numerous complicated tasks seamlessly and effectively. It can take years to master a skill like that, but it seemed to come perfectly naturally to her. Many successful initiatives are a result of her innovation, project management, marketing, and stakeholder management. Last but not least, as Simka's manager I have valued her independence, strong sense of team integrity, and dependability. I know she will deliver her duties not just on time but but mostly beyond expectations going the extra mile. Overall, any employee would be fortunate to have Simka on her team, and I heartily recommend her.

When I started to work closely with Simona, I immediately saw the passion and skill that she had for working with people. She is very creative and comes with elaborated solutions to the last detail. Simona always completed things on time. I can confidently say that I could always rely on her when we agreed on something. She makes an impression of a balanced professional and personal life. Simka does not hesitate to help others and behaves as a great team player who can positively tune other members. She is a tenacious and hard-working person who is ready to go beyond, do extra work, and achieve spectacular results. She has learned new things very quickly and was constantly showing proactivity.
