At this site I had, for me, the most inspirational manager, where over the 10 years we shared, we built from £25k wk to almost £60k per wk,Even in a slump we were achieving massive growth. Managed a team of 50 employees, overseeing the hiring, staff induction and training. Used motivational skills to grow amazing individuals into forming a bond as a high-caliber team. Coordinated direct planning with Kitchen Managers/Head Chefs, Bar Supervisors, and restaurant Team Leaders to ensure the effective implementation of the complete service cycle. Maintained excellent standards of service and cleanliness through impeccable attention to detail. Shared the responsibility of all cash and stock on site, whilst being the head advisor to security and safety of not just the business but the building and the perimeters as a whole. Adhering to budgets, managing margins, with the effective effort of increasing profit. The boat must sail, no matter how many crew, and we stop the leaks, so our sail glides high and wafting in the wind, as speed and solidarity will grow and glide us up the tallest wave.To results.
