In this role I also helped migrate the hotel’s PMS from an old system to a new one, and also aided in the migration of the channel manager to ensure delivery of reservations to PMS (up until this point the hotel was inputting these manually). I was also responsible for checking commissions from online travel agencies and RFP bookings to the hotel.
