Mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) full-stack co-founding, development and operations on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The IT department was only 4 people who build the entire platform from the ground up. We worked as DevOps teams, heavily relying on automated surveillance provided by New Relic, AWS Beanstalk and Nagios. Our focus was to have the system be as self-reliant as possible and being able to self-recover in case of any breakdowns. If there was a breakdown that could not be automatically handled our team was then notified via sms, mail and HipChat so we could take immediate action and prevent extended downtime. Projects: - Designing and implementation of the entire IT platform from scratch. Invoicing, mail and sms sending, integration with mobile network partner, self-service universe, CRM system. Everything was made without an underlying billing platform. - Automatic gathering of sales leads via Facebook api and forwarding them to Actimizer/Herobase enabling customer service and telemarking to use the leads instantly. - Migration of 80000 customers from 3 to TDC's mobile network after TDC's purchase of Plenti. Technologies: Java, Spring, Gradle, Hibernate, MySQL, JUnit, Selenium, Amazon AWS, Angular, CSS, Facebook API, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat, Mailchimp, Mandrill, ElasticSearch, Redis, SonarCloud, New Relic Principles: Continuous Integration, Continuous Daily Deployments to production, DevOps, 100% cloud. One.com is one of the biggest companies in Denmark selling web-hosting, they have customers across the globe and offices in Denmark and Dubai. I worked as part of a development team in the Danish office responsible for maintaining and developing One.com CRM systems handling 1+ million customers. One.com was in the process of introducing agile and gave a lot of input - especially on how to utilise JIRA for optimising agile process. Projects: - Implementation of a refer-a-friend system so the customers could earn bonuses by referring other customers to One.com. Theses bonuses could then be used to pay for their web hosting or paid out to their bank account. - Implementation of a new payment provider for One.com. The payment process transitioned from being handled internally to an external payment gateway. - Implementation of Sitelock.com for One.com customers. Making it possible for both new and existing customers to buy services from Sitelock.com and apply it to their homepages. Technologies: - Java, JUnit, JSP, CSS, Nginx, Apache, Tomcat Show less

Responsibilities: - Developing customer friendly self-service universe. - Making automated tests for new components developed - Managing Telmore's Jira setup - Delivering assignments on time and in good quality - Coordination with external consultants and integration to their part of the billing migration Projects: - Worked on a major billing platform migration moving from an old Java based platform called CDRator to a new .NET based platform called MetraTech. My role was implementing the frontend part of the new platform(a self-service universe) which is a Java Web Application integrating with the backend using REST. - Worked on "Telmore Play" project, where we in span of 12 weeks integrated with 12 different digital services and offered them all to Telmore customers at discounted rate. The project was run as agile Scrum project, with team consisting of both frontend- and backend-developers and sitemanagers. The product can be found here: https://www.telmore.dk/telmoreplay - Continuously working on Telmore's customer support tool adding new features and bugfixes. The application is a pure Java Web Application with it's own MySQL database and various integration points to other systems. Technology used: Java, Maven, Zkoss, CSS, Spring, REST, Fatwire CMS, Hibernate, Tomcat, Apache Show less

Worked as a system developer on many different elements in the Telenor solution stack, anything from the Customer Service GUI in VB.net to order workflows in Oracle Workflow engine and broadband order api(Columbine) against TDC order API in Jboss ESB and JBPM. Reponsibilities: - Delivering IT solutions in good quality and on time - Giving input to new projects - Fixing bugs in existing platforms - Working in major projects together with external consultants and making sure project knowledge would stay in the company after the project. - Helping IT operation with problems on the production platform - Worked on both maintaining the existing platform and also taking part in projects.Projects:- Was part of a major project that introduced Jboss as a middleware platform for Telenor. Jboss was primarily used for integrating with TDC for ordering broadband for the Telenor customers. - Developing the IT solution for outsourcing Telenors logistics solution for network, mobile and fixed equipment. The solution integrated with Oracle and Navision and send the information to the logistics partner via SOAP and webservices.- Developing a new system for operating information to keep DSL and mobile customers informed about breakdowns and planned work on the Telenor network. I develop both the backend of the system in PL/SQL and webservices for the frontend made in JBoss. The system integrated with the Inventory system for both DSL and Mobile so it was possible for NOC at Telenor to select exactly which parts of the network was down and through zipcodes identify exactly which customers should be notified about this via either SMS, email or WEB. Admin interface for creating and editing error reports was made in Jboss SEAM. Show less
